Keep the scope equal
Compare two one-way journeys or two complete returns. Count the same travellers and baggage on both options.
Free planning tool
Put two options side by side, including the extras that change the final total.
Use the same passengers, dates and journey direction for both options. Enter totals for your whole party, not a per-person fare mixed with a group transfer. If baggage or seats are already included, leave that extra field blank. This tool calculates only what you enter; it does not fetch or reserve fares.
For example, a R1,200 flight plus R250 baggage and R400 transport totals R1,850. A R1,500 flight with your required bag included plus R200 transport totals R1,700. The second option is R150 less overall. These are made-up examples, not live fares or airline fees.
Compare two one-way journeys or two complete returns. Count the same travellers and baggage on both options.
If your displayed flight total already includes selected bags, do not add them again. Include only extras missing from that total.
Consider arrival times, airport choice, stops and change conditions. A smaller total is useful only if the itinerary works for you.
Now check the available flights. Keep these totals beside you while comparing the final checkout amounts.

Your figures stay in this page. The calculator does not send or save them. Planning tool added 23 September 2026.
Copy each quoted flight total for the same party and journey directions. Add only the baggage, seats and other costs missing from that total. If a required bag is already included, do not count it again.
Confirm every missing mandatory cost before relying on the result. A blank field adds nothing to this calculator, so an unknown fee must be checked separately rather than assumed to be free. Bag acceptance depends on weight, dimensions and the operating carrier as well as price.
